Transport Company
This client was looking to create a professional and welcoming environment to empower their staff and management. Some of the key guiding values were to create a space that spoke to a younger demographic while allowing for future growth and flexibility.
I was able to be involved in every stage of the project including the on site project kick off, design development, furniture selection and project close out. In addition to this, I was tasked with creating the permit and construction package.

Investment Company
This client wanted to create a professional and welcoming office space in their new Toronto location. Their goal was to establish a resi-mmercial design to encourage employees to come back to the office; while still maintaining a hybrid work environment.
During this project I was apart of the client meetings, design development, furniture and finish selections.
This project was completed in conjunction with XDesign Inc.
Osprey Valley Golf Course
While this project is still on going I joined during the early stages of the design development for the Heathlands clubhouse in 2020. This project consists of multiple new builds (Main clubhouse, Heathlands and Accommodations) all on one property.
I was tasked with conceptual design development, finish selections, construction package, value engineering and more.
This project was completed in conjunction with XDesign Inc.
Children's Aid Society
I was able to work on multiple Children's Aid Society projects including; Brant, Townsend, Strafford, Catholic Children's Aid, Peel and Ottawa. All locations were looking to downsize their office spaces. My tasks on these projects include site verifications, information gathering, client meetings, block planning, furniture relocation and contract documents.
This project was completed in conjunction with XDesign Inc.
Haunton Residence
I joined this project after the space planning was complete. But was able to draft elevations of the bathroom spaces and select the finishes for client review.
This project was completed in conjunction with Interior Works Inc.
Blush Residence
Joining this project near completion, I was able to be apart of the final stages of the project. This allowed me to familiarize myself with suppliers, preparing for installation dates and accessorizing spaces.
This project was completed in conjunction with Barnard & Speziale Interior Design Company.
